サービス料と消費税は宿泊料金に含まれますが、別途、入湯税150円を頂戴いたします。
チェックイン・チェックアウトは何時ですか？
チェックインは15:00〜、チェックアウトは〜12:00となっております。お夕食の最終開始時間が18:30となりますので、チェックインが18:00を過ぎる場合は、事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。
ただし、チェックイン・チェックアウト時間が指定されているプランは、この限りではありません。
アーリーチェックイン・レイトチェックアウトはできますか？
大変申し訳ありませんが、基本的にはお受けしておりません(限定プランを除く)。ただし、お荷物をお預かりすることは可能ですので、フロントまでお申し付けください。

送迎可能時間は、お迎えが14:30〜19:00、お帰りは9:00〜12:00です。
タバコは吸えますか？

What is the maximum number of people that can stay in one room?
Room 206 is the largest room, with a capacity of 6 people.
Rooms 103, 105, 106 sleep 5 people, 203, 205 sleep 4 people, and the remaining rooms sleep 2.
Do you accept groups?
Please contact us by inquiry form or telephone to discuss your needs. Note that meals for large groups are served in the banquet hall.
Can I accommodate infants and children?
We can accommodate children in rooms 103, 105, and 106.
The price is as follows:
Elementary school students: 70% of adult fee;
Infants: 50% of adult rate, with meals
Infant: Extra futon: ¥3,300
Infant: no meal or futon: ¥2,200
* We regret that we are unable to provide a crib.
Can I stay with pets?
Isaribi does not accept pets, but we can inform you of a neighboring pet hotel.
Is there room tax, or a service charge?
Service charge and consumption tax are included in the room rate, but there is a separate bathing tax of ¥150.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Please note that the final start time of dinner will be 6:30 pm, so please contact us in advance if you anticipate checking in after 6:00 pm However, the plan for which check-in / check-out time is specified is not limited to this.
Can I early check in / late check out?
We are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. However, it is possible to store your luggage, so please inquire at the reception desk.
Can I use a credit card?
Isaribi accepts VISA, Master, American Express, Diners, JCB, DC, Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChatPay .
* We accept only the number of times in bulk.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee will occur from 4 days before the date of arrival: 20% 4 to 2 days before arrival; 50% the previous day; 80% on the day, and 100% for no-show.
However, the cancellation fee may be different for limited plans etc

What is the "member-only plan"?
The "member-only plan" is for guests who register on the Isaribi web site.
What time are dinner and breakfast served?
Dinner starts from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm, breakfast starts from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. We request that guests finish their dinner by 9:00 pm.
If arrival is delayed due to traffic conditions etc, please contact us as soon as possible.
Is it possible to have breakfast only, or to reserve a room with no meals?
Yes, we provide breakfast-only and room-only plans.
I have foods and ingredients that I cannot eat.
Please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is it possible to use lunch alone?
Isaribi does not provide lunch, but we are glad to introduce neighboring restaurants.
What is the view from the room? Can you see the ocean?
The hotel is built on a hill overlooking Sagami Bay, and you can see the ocean from any room.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is there an outdoor bath?
All rooms are equipped with an open-air hot-spring bath, so you can take a bath while watching the ocean.
Is there a public bath?
There are two large indoor baths and two open-air baths available for private use.

Until what time are the large shared baths open?
They are open for private use from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am the following morning.
Are there private hot spring baths?
Each room contains its own open-air hot-spring bath. Additionally, the large shared baths may be reserved for private use from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am the following morning.
Is there a parking lot?
Parking is available free of charge.
Is there a shuttle from the station?
If you let us know your planned arrival time at Izu-Okawa station, we will pick you up. Likewise, we are glad to return you to Izu-Okawa station upon check-out.
Please note that pick-up times are from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm and return is from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Are there smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Electric cigarettes can not be used.
Two smoking spaces are available in the hotel, so please use it.
Does Isaribi provide massage or beauty treatments?
We do indeed.

Can I purchase souvenirs?
There is a small area next to the front desk where we offer local food products and souvenirs.
Should I tip the staff at Isaribi?
A service fee is included in the cost of the room, so there is no need to tip.
Can guests celebrate birthdays or anniversaries at Isaribi?
We are glad to provide such festive goods as cake, flowers, and champagne at appropriate charges. Please feel free to contact us.
Can I use the Internet?
